GDPR by design
Data-minimising by default, role- and row-level access, export and deletion on request. A Data Processing Agreement (AVV) is available on request.
GoBD-enforced bookkeeping
Gap-free invoice numbering and immutable sent invoices are enforced at the database level — not a policy you have to remember, a rule the system keeps.
Human-gated AI
AI drafts land in a review queue; TalentM never auto-sends. Requests are metered and EU-routed. The model assists — a person decides.
Access control & audit
Row-level security isolates every tenant, roles scope what each member sees, TOTP MFA protects logins, and money/identity actions are audit-logged.

Where is our data stored?
On EU-hosted infrastructure. Our email and AI providers are used via EU endpoints. We can name the specific subprocessors in the DPA.
Is there a Data Processing Agreement?
Yes — an Auftragsverarbeitungsvertrag (AVV) per Art. 28 GDPR is available on request before you go live with real data.
Can we export or delete everything?
Yes. Invoices and ledger data export as CSV/XML at any time; on account deletion, personal data is removed within the statutory retention constraints for tax documents.
Do you use our data to train AI?
No. Your workspace content is not used to train third-party models. AI features process only what a given request needs, via metered EU endpoints.
What we do not claim yet: TalentM is pre-launch and does not hold a SOC 2 or ISO 27001 certificate. When we pursue formal audits, this page will say so — with the report, not a badge.
