Your work.
Your portal.
Your agency runs on TalentM? Then you get your own creator portal — profile, campaigns, deliverables and settlements, visible and manageable by you.
The creator experience
What changes when your agency runs on TalentM.
You don't have to do anything to switch. Your manager invites you via email. Here's what you get from that moment on:
Your rate card is a PDF you emailed 8 months ago
Manager shares a live SetCard link with the brand — rates always current
Campaign brief arrives in a WhatsApp voice note
Structured brief in the platform with deliverables, deadlines and status
No idea when your payout arrives or how it was calculated
Settlement in your portal with line items, amounts and a button to approve
Bank details sent via DM every time there is a new deal
IBAN stored once on your settlement profile — no repeated sharing
"Can you update your bio?" → 3-day back-and-forth over email
Edit your own bio and social handles in the portal — done in 30 seconds
Getting started
From invite to portal in 3 steps.
Your manager invites you
They send an invite to your email from their TalentM workspace — no signup form to fill out, no app to download in advance.
You confirm your email
Click the link, set a password (or use a magic link — no password at all), and you are in. Takes under 2 minutes.
Your portal is already populated
Your profile, any campaigns you are already attached to, and past settlements are there from day one — nothing to set up yourself.
Your creator portal
Everything in one place.
Own your profile
Update your stage name, bio, social handles, rates and avatar directly in the creator portal. Your agency sees changes in real time — no chasing emails.
Your SetCard, always up to date
Your public SetCard — platform stats, rate cards, showcase portfolio — is maintained in one place. Your manager can share a live link to brands, not a stale PDF.
Campaign briefs and deliverables
See exactly what is expected from each campaign: brief, deliverables, deadlines and status. No more decoding a WhatsApp voice note from three weeks ago.
Settlement transparency
View every settlement your agency creates for you — amount, line items, payment status. Approve or formally object before the document is finalised.
Direct chat with your team
Message your manager, booker or finance contact in the same platform — no switching to WhatsApp or Telegram. Files, context, history all in one thread.
Your data, only yours
Row-level security means you only ever see your own campaigns, settlements and profile. No other creator in the agency can access your information.
§ 14 Abs. 2 UStG — Self-Billing
Approve your own settlements.
When your agency generates a creator settlement (Gutschrift) in your name, you receive it in your portal and can formally approve or object — your legal right under § 14 Abs. 2 UStG. The document includes all line items, your IBAN and the exact amount before it is finalised.

"I can finally see what a brand is actually paying for a campaign before I even start. Deliverables, deadline, amount — all in one place."
"My manager used to send me a PDF settlement and I just had to trust it. Now I see the line items and can hit approve — way more professional."
"Sharing my SetCard instead of a Canva doc means brands always see my latest stats. My manager just copies the link."

Questions
Before you accept the invite.
Do I have to pay for the creator portal?
No. The creator portal is free for every creator, always — your agency pays for their TalentM subscription, you never see a bill.
Can my agency see data from my other clients or agencies?
No. Row-level security scopes everything to the agency that invited you. If you work with more than one agency using TalentM, each one only ever sees what you share with them.
What happens if I disagree with a settlement amount?
Every settlement (Gutschrift) your agency generates in your name can be reviewed line by line in your portal before it is final — you can approve it or formally object, which is your right under § 14 Abs. 2 UStG for self-billed invoices.
Can I edit my own profile and rates?
Yes — your stage name, bio, social handles and rate cards are yours to update directly in the portal. Your agency sees the change immediately, no back-and-forth email needed.
What if my agency stops using TalentM?
Your portal access is tied to your agency's workspace. If they migrate away, talk to them about exporting your settlement history — invoicing data is exportable (CSV/XML) at any time.
Do I need to install anything?
No — the creator portal runs in your browser on desktop or mobile. There is nothing to download.
Already managed by an agency?
Ask your manager to invite you to TalentM. Setup takes under 2 minutes — just confirm your email and you're in.
