Self-Booking

Let brands book you while you sleep.

Publish packages and rate cards to a public catalog; brands add them to a cart and book — every request becomes a real, priced offer, instant or on review.

Guided tour

On /a/<agency-slug>/book a prospect adds a TikTok bundle package and a creator’s story rate to the cart, then submits with just their name and email.

What you get

Everything in the module.

Public booking catalog

A /a/<agency-slug>/book catalog of publishable, creator-bound packages plus roster SetCard rates that are public, approved and set to show their rates publicly.

Cart → real offer

A booker — a new prospect or an existing portal client — adds items, leaves name, email and an optional timeframe, company and message, and submits. A real offer is minted: the offer, its line items and a share token.

Price integrity

The server resolves every price from this tenant’s published catalog — it never trusts a client-sent amount, and it never mixes currencies inside one offer.

Instant or review-first

Instant mode returns the acceptance token so the booker can Accept on /offer/<token> through the same single offer-decision gate — which auto-creates the campaign, participants and format-default deliverables and KPIs. Or keep it review-first.

Rebooking

A ?rebook link resubmits a verbatim copy of a prior offer’s lines, and every self-booked offer shows up in the client’s /portal cockpit.

The switch is data

There is no self-booking settings table — the catalog goes live as an enabled catalog block on a published public-site page.

Facts, not promises

  • Only published packages and approved, publicly-priced SetCard rates are bookable — nothing internal leaks into the catalog.
  • Every price is resolved server-side from this tenant’s published catalog; client-sent amounts are ignored and one offer never mixes currencies.
  • Self-booking mints an offer to accept, not a charge — it is not a payment checkout, and offer money is NET.
  • There is no settings table: the catalog is switched on by publishing an enabled catalog block on a public-site page.

FAQ

Questions, answered.

Is self-booking a payment checkout?

No. It produces an offer to accept, not a charge. The money on the offer is NET, so staff set the campaign budget consciously — self-booking mints the offer, it does not take a payment.

What can actually be booked?

Two things: publishable packages that are bound to a creator, and roster SetCard rates that are public, approved and explicitly set to show their rates publicly. Nothing internal or unpublished appears in the catalog.

Can a booker tamper with the prices?

No. The server resolves every price from this tenant’s published catalog and ignores any client-sent amount, so a hand-edited request cannot change what is charged. It also refuses to mix currencies inside a single offer.

Does a booking create the work automatically?

In instant mode, yes: the booker accepts on /offer/<token> through the same single offer-decision gate the rest of the platform uses, which auto-creates the campaign, its participants and the format-default deliverables and KPIs. Agencies that prefer to vet first can keep it review-first instead.
