Why this exists
Agencies run creative businesses on tools built for someone else.
Talent agencies live between two worlds: the creative one (creators, campaigns, content) and the regulated one (invoices, VAT, contracts, payouts). The tooling market served the first world with generic project apps and the second with accountant software — and left the connection between them to Excel, WhatsApp and heroic memory.
TalentM is that connection, built as one system: the roster feeds the pitch, the pitch becomes a deal, the deal a campaign, the campaign an invoice, the invoice a payout — every step compliant by construction, every step in the same workspace, with an AI copilot that drafts but never decides.
