Each signature — click, typed or drawn — is captured on a secure signing link and sealed with a hash, IP address and timestamp into an audit trail stored with the signed PDF. For documents where the law prescribes a stricter form than a simple electronic signature, use a qualified signature provider for that document.
Do we need a DocuSign subscription on top?
No — signing happens in-app via a secure link, with the sealed evidence stored next to the contract. There is no external e-signature subscription to buy or integrate.
How are usage rights tracked after signing?
Usage rights and buyouts live as dated entries next to the contract, with reminders before a window expires — so a paid-ads license ends because you decided it should, not because nobody noticed.
