TalentM
TalentM vs. monday.com

Boards organize work. An OS runs the agency.

monday.com organizes work for any team. TalentM runs the whole agency — roster, campaigns, contracts and GoBD-compliant invoicing out of the box.

In fairness

monday.com is enough when…

  • Your team needs generic project boards across departments — and that is the whole requirement.
  • The agency-specific records — rate cards, usage rights, payouts — already live happily in other systems.
  • You enjoy designing your own board structures and automations, and someone owns their upkeep.
  • Invoicing and contracts are covered by dedicated tools your accountant already trusts.

The tipping point

You’ve outgrown it when…

  • The board that “is” your roster needs platform stats someone must re-type every month.
  • Deliverables, contracts and invoices live in three tools that don’t reference each other.
  • An auditor asks how your invoice numbers are assigned — and the answer is a board column.
  • Usage-rights windows expire silently because no board was built to remind you.

Questions

Asked before switching.

Can other departments keep working in monday.com?

Yes — TalentM runs the talent-agency operations: roster, campaigns, contracts and invoicing. Teams outside that workflow can keep their existing boards; nothing about TalentM requires moving them.

Does TalentM have boards too?

Yes — task boards with custom columns, drag-and-drop and a list view are built in for operational work. The difference is what surrounds them: the boards live next to the creators, campaigns and invoices they refer to, instead of holding copies of that data.

How would we migrate our boards?

Board data exports from monday.com as CSV/Excel, and talents, deals and campaigns can be created in TalentM from that data. Everything in TalentM is exportable again (CSV/XML) at any time — no lock-in in either direction.
