Is TalentM GoBD-compliant?

Yes. TalentM enforces GoBD rules at the database level: invoice numbers are only assigned when an invoice is sent (no gaps from deleted drafts), issued invoices are immutable (all fields locked by DB triggers), and cancellations generate a proper credit note (UBL TypeCode 381) with a back-reference to the original. You get an audit trail without any manual discipline required.

Question 2

Do you support XRechnung / EN 16931?

Accepted Answer

Team plan and above include full XRechnung 3.0 / EN 16931 export (UBL Invoice 380, CreditNote 381, Self-Billed Invoice 389). The XML is generated server-side and can be downloaded from any invoice or settlement. PEPPOL transmission is on the roadmap for Enterprise.

What is creator self-billing (§ 14 Abs. 2 UStG)?

When your agency invoices on behalf of a creator — meaning you are the buyer and the creator is the supplier — this is a "Gutschrift" under § 14 Abs. 2 UStG (self-billed invoice, UBL TypeCode 389). TalentM generates the correct document including the creator's IBAN, allows the creator to approve or object via the portal, and locks the document after approval. This is the correct legal path; do not use a normal credit note (381) for this.

Where is my data stored? Is TalentM GDPR-compliant?

All data is stored on EU-hosted infrastructure (Supabase, EU region). Emails are delivered via Brevo (EU servers). AI features are routed via an EU AI proxy (EU endpoint). No data leaves the EU for processing. We provide a DPA on request.

Question 5

Can I export my data if I leave?

Yes. All invoices, settlements and ledger entries are exportable as CSV or XML (E-Rechnung). We do not lock in your data. Postgres-level access on Enterprise plans is available on request.

Every paid plan (Starter, Team, Pro, Scale) includes a 14-day free trial — no credit card required. You can migrate at any time. The Free plan is free forever (with the limits noted).

Question 7

How does billing work for agencies with multiple workspaces?

Accepted Answer

Each workspace (agency) is billed separately. If you manage multiple agencies on one account, each workspace uses its own plan. Volume discounts for multi-workspace setups are available on Enterprise.
