How we run TalentM: a look behind the scenes at our own operator backend

We don't run TalentM's own business on a side spreadsheet either. The same operator backend our infrastructure runs on now has a real console: a platform-staff role axis fully separate from tenant roles, a billing and revenue dashboard, feature-flag and per-tenant limit overrides that don't need a deploy, and a support desk spanning every tenant with SLA breach tracking.

Any staff access to a tenant's workspace goes through audited impersonation — logged, never silent — and a GDPR/DSGVO export-and-erasure workflow means a tenant's "delete my data" request is a real, complete action, not a support ticket that quietly stalls.
