Custom roles and a real client/creator portal reach feature parity
Fully custom permission roles beyond the fixed set, a formal complaint/escalation flow, and an in-portal inbox for clients and creators to message the agency directly.
The fixed Owner/Admin/Manager/Finance/Member set covers most agencies, but not all of them — some need a role that can see finance but not edit contracts, or edit campaigns but not roster pay. Custom roles now support per-module and per-record permissions beyond that fixed set.
On the portal side: a formal complaint intake and resolution flow with a dedicated escalation queue, an in-portal inbox so clients and creators can message the agency directly instead of falling back to email, and a relationship view showing exactly which contracts, invoices and settlements a portal principal is actually party to. The Creator Cockpit now reaches full parity with the Client Portal.
