Everything your agency sends you —
branded and secure.
Working with an agency that runs on TalentM? Review offers, approve content, sign contracts, read campaign reports and rebook — in one branded, secure portal.
The client experience
What changes when your agency runs on TalentM.
You never sign up for anything. Your agency shares a link, or invites you to a portal. From that moment, the back-and-forth turns into one clear action at a time:
The offer arrives as a PDF you print, sign and scan back
A link opens the Offer — line items, total, validity — and you Accept or Decline in one click
Approving content is a 40-message email thread full of screenshots
One link shows the current version — comment, then decide Approved or Changes-requested
Signing means print, sign, scan and hope it was the right version
A signing link shows the exact frozen version — sign by click, typed name or drawn signature
The campaign report is a slide deck someone emails weeks later
A branded final report you open any time and print to PDF
Booking a shoot is ten emails to find a slot that works
A booking page picks a free time on the agency's calendar — or an Offer you simply accept
How you get in
From a single link to the full portal.
A link lands in your inbox
Your agency shares an Offer, review, contract, report or booking link. It opens in your browser — no account, no download. Each link is scoped to that one thing.
For the full cockpit, you sign in
When your agency invites you to the client portal, you log in by magic-link or a 6-digit code — no password to remember. That unlocks News, Chats, Docs and more in one place.
Everything wears your agency's brand
Their logo, their brand color, their name — never TalentM's. And you only ever see the offers, documents and messages that belong to you; the agency's internals stay invisible.
No login needed
Share links, one object at a time.
Each link is scoped to exactly one thing and needs no account. Open it, act once, done — all served through token-guarded, ownership-checked calls.
Offer
/offer/<token>See the line items, total and validity date. Post a counter-offer in the negotiation thread, then Accept or Decline — once.
Content review
/review/<token>See the current asset version on a signed URL, add a comment in the public thread, and decide: Approved, Changes-requested or Rejected.
Campaign report
/report/<slug>A branded, audience-redacted final report. Read it any time and print it to PDF. Deliberately noindex — never surfaced by search engines.
Guest chat
/guest/<token>A shared chat room with your agency team — no account, full history, files and context in one thread.
SetCard & media kit
/setcard/<token>A shared SetCard or media kit link — platform stats, rate cards and showcase — embeddable on your own pages.
Booking
/book/<slug>Pick a free slot on the agency's calendar for a meeting — or browse the public catalog and turn a package into an Offer you accept.
The client portal
One cockpit, magic-link login.
News
A curated feed with pinned announcements and an unread marker — the things your agency actually wants you to see, above the automatic activity.
Chats
A real inbox, not scattered email. A thread you're a member of opens right here with an unread count; a token-only thread keeps its guest-chat link.
Your documents
Only the contracts, invoices and settlements you're a party to — ownership-checked on the server, nothing that isn't yours, no DRAFTs.
Complaints with a verdict
Raise a formal complaint and it comes back to you as a written verdict — it rides the same support desk your agency runs, so it never falls through.
Knowledge base & rebooking
Search a branded knowledge base for answers, and rebook a past package in one click when you want more of the same.
Marketplace
Order provider packages from a branded catalog — each order becomes a real, priced Offer on the same spine as everything else.
No login at all? An anonymous support portal at /portal/<token> lets anyone with the link search the knowledge base and rate the help with a CSAT survey.
E-signature — sealed & tamper-evident
Sign the exact version — sealed.
A signing link opens the frozen contract version — it renders identical to the PDF on record, so what you sign is what you see. Sign by click, by typing your name, or by drawing your signature. The moment you do, the server seals it: a document hash, your IP, your browser’s user-agent and a timestamp — tamper-evidence, not just a scanned squiggle.

"The offer link had the line items, the total and a Decline button. I countered once, they revised, I accepted — no email chain, no PDF."
"Approving content used to be a mess of screenshots. Now it's one link with the current version — I comment, or I hit Approved."
"Signing was the part I trusted least. Seeing the exact version and a sealed record — hash, time, the works — actually made me comfortable."

Questions
Before you open the link.
Do I need a TalentM account to work with my agency?
For most things, no. Offers, content reviews, contracts, reports and bookings arrive as per-object share links that open in your browser with no account. Only the richer client portal — News, Chats, Docs — needs a login, and that is a magic-link or a 6-digit code, never a password.
Do I pay for any of this?
No. You do not buy a TalentM subscription — your agency does. As their client you get the portal and the share links at no cost. If you like how it works, that is a conversation to have with your agency, not with us.
Can I see the agency's internal notes or another client's data?
No — and neither can anyone else in your position. Internal notes, SLA facts and DRAFT documents are stripped server-side before anything reaches you, and every call is ownership-checked, so you only ever see what belongs to you.
Is what I sign the same as the final contract?
Yes. The signing link shows the exact frozen version, rendered identical to the PDF on record. When you sign — by click, typed name or drawn signature — the server seals a document hash, your IP, your user-agent and a timestamp as tamper-evidence.
Why does everything look like my agency, not TalentM?
Because it is their business and their client — you. Every page you touch carries your agency's logo, brand color and name. TalentM is the software underneath; you are not meant to notice it.
What if I have a problem and no login?
There is an anonymous support portal: with just the link you can search the knowledge base and, when a ticket closes, rate the help with a CSAT survey. Raising a formal complaint from the logged-in portal always comes back to you as a written verdict.
Not a TalentM customer yet? That's your agency's call.
You do not subscribe — your agency does. If you want offers, approvals, contracts and reports to run like this, ask your agency about TalentM, or see what it looks like from their side.
